Kendriya Vidyalaya BSF Campus Rajouri (J&K) is in Defence Sector and at present running in the building provided by BSF authorities since 1980. It primarily caters the needs of Defence and Paramilitary personnel, Central Gov’t Employees, State Gov’t Employees and the floating civil population of Rajouri. It is fully financed by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Ministry Of Human Resource Development, Government Of India and affiliated to CBSE New Delhi (Under10+2 pattern of education) and prescribe the syllabi and books recommended by CBSE and NCERT. The Vidyalaya is managed by a local Management Committee headed by DIG, Sector HQ, BSF Rajouri as Chairman.
